Its ETS (Easy-Tension-System) hub and reinforced aluminium structure support quick setup and takedown, including when working alone. This version includes the Vapour Peak to reduce condensation around the top of the bivvy and provide more shade in hot weather.
The tent measures 250x185x130cm and weighs 11.75 kg. A high, flat rear wall increases usable space and headroom. The lightweight aluminium frame has rounded pole joints with guides to help align the sections during assembly. The frame can be positioned differently for a lower setup, and the pole joints have attachment points for the Vapour Peak.
The fabric is 100% Polyester with a 20,000 mm hydrostatic head. Rear camo mosquito-mesh windows and all-weather ventilation attachment points allow air to circulate inside even during rain. The Vapour Peak reduces condensation around the roof peak rather than promising a condensation-free interior. In hot weather it increases shade and reduces the internal temperature.
Fabric tensioning straps help tension the tent skin. Guy-rope eyelets provide attachment points for the supplied ropes, which are stored in the peg bag. Heavy-duty Cam Lok storm poles and a heavy-duty groundsheet are included. The groundsheet has a fold-up section at the doorway.
