The pack contains eight sets of buffer bead, run ring and speed link, providing the components for eight running setups. It is a rig-building kit rather than a pack of ready-tied rigs, and comes in a recyclable cardboard wallet.
It is designed for running carp rigs. The buffer bead, run ring and speed link create a friction-free alternative to fixed-lead rigs, so choose it when you want a free-running setup rather than a fixed lead.
The dark green finish is particularly suited to dark lakebeds and weedy venues. Its translucent surface lets light through and helps the components blend in, making this colour a suitable choice for those surroundings.
