Yes. Boilies or pellets can be threaded onto the tape with a boilie needle and the stringer tied to the carp hook before casting. It also ties shut filled solid PVA bags, so the same tape serves both presentations.
Yes. Its relatively fast dissolution is specified for winter fishing and shallow water. As the tape dissolves, the feed is released close to the hookbait. No exact dissolution time is supplied, so it cannot be selected by a stated release time in seconds.
The tape is 5mm wide and has a total length of 40m. These figures identify the tape size and available length for tying stringers or bags, not a maximum bait diameter.

Fox Edges Fast melt PVA Tape is water-soluble PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) tape for baiting during carp fishing. It holds feed on a stringer until it dissolves in water, leaving the baits close to the hookbait.
Thread boilies or pellets onto the tape with a boilie needle, then tie the stringer to the carp hook before casting. The tape can also be used to tie shut filled solid PVA bags, giving you a choice between a bait stringer and a bag presentation.
The material dissolves relatively quickly in water. This makes it suitable for winter carp fishing and shallow-water presentations, where a fast-dissolving tape releases the feed beside the hookbait. No exact dissolution time is specified.
The tape is 5mm wide and supplied in a 40m length. These are the tape dimensions, not the size of the baits it can carry.
