Designed specifically for carp anglers, these Trans Khaki buffer beads give you a clean, reliable foundation for helicopter (heli) rig builds — whether you're fishing over silt, weed, or soft bottoms.

Three-Component System for a Protected Connection

Each buffer bead consists of three parts: the main bead body with a fixed wire loop, a separate buffer piece, and an insert. The mainline or leader is attached to the fixed wire loop, then the buffer piece slides over the top to protect the knot from impact and abrasion. This keeps your rig neat and your connection solid cast after cast.

Compatible with Leaders and Mainline Setups

The tapered insert makes these beads suitable for use directly on the mainline. For leadcore and other lead-free leaders, simply leave the insert out — the main body locks Fox swivel types in place just as with the Edges Angled Drop Off Run Ring Kit. The lead swivel can be fixed using the included T-pegs or an Edges PVA mesh strip for a clean drop-off presentation on the take.
