The Carpmaster Welded Mat is Fox's fully waterproof solution for professional carp care. With welded PVC construction and a heavily padded foam mattress, it keeps fish safe and secure from catch to release.
This unhooking mat features a unique welded PVC fabric that is completely waterproof and quick-drying. Unlike standard mats, it absorbs no water, making it highly durable for repeated use in all conditions. The extra-high sides provide maximum fish security, while the thick foam interior cushions every part of the fish, minimizing stress and injury during handling.
Double zipped release flaps at each end allow fish to be returned to the water with minimal disturbance. The inner mattress inflates for additional protection and compact storage—it packs down to just 55×55×30 cm. A printed ruler calibrated to 110 cm helps you measure and document your catch. The removable cover uses Velcro fixings for easy maintenance, and the rubber mesh base drains water instantly. Two sturdy handles and four D-rings provide secure transport and ground anchoring.
