Yes. A built-in wire cutter blade and crimping slots add both functions to the unhooking tool. No cutting diameter or crimp size is specified, so compatibility with a particular wire or sleeve size is not established.
The pliers use high-carbon steel with a PTFE coating for longevity. Built-in loops allow lanyard attachment, giving you a way to secure the tool. The supplier specifies attachment loops, not an included lanyard.

The Black Cat Pistol Pliers are fishing pliers for unhooking catfish. Their pistol design helps you approach difficult hook holds at a suitable angle, while the sprung action allows easy one-handed operation.
Soft-touch handles provide comfort when working the pliers. Built-in loops provide attachment points for a lanyard, allowing you to secure the tool. The finish uses Black Cat's black and yellow colours.
The pliers are constructed from high-carbon steel with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating for longevity. A built-in wire cutter blade and crimping slots let you cut wire and crimp connections with the same tool used for unhooking.
