It is designed for baitfish and other natural baits when fishing for catfish. These are secured to the hair rig with two single hooks arranged one behind the other, so the supplied setup is intended for natural-bait presentation rather than lure fishing.
The rig is particularly suited to cold water and heavily fished waters. Its two small underwater floats lift the bait inconspicuously just off the bottom and keep the leader clear of sharp stones and mussel beds, making it suitable for presentations over rock armour.
You receive one ready-made leader, 200 cm long with 1.2 mm line, two small underwater floats and two single hooks in sizes 8/0 and 1/0. The components are already assembled, so you do not need to tie this leader yourself before use.
Handle the sharp hooks carefully and check their suitability for your intended use. They can cause serious injury, so transport and store the rig in a safe container away from children. Dispose of used or damaged hooks properly and follow the supplied safety instructions.

The Black Cat Micro U-Float Rig is a ready-made catfish leader from Stefan Seuß for presenting baitfish and other natural baits just off the bottom and over rock armour. Two small underwater floats give the bait gentle, inconspicuous lift while keeping the leader clear of sharp stones and mussel beds along its length.
The hair rig uses two single hooks arranged one behind the other to secure baitfish or other natural baits. Its low buoyancy makes this presentation particularly suitable for cold water and heavily fished waters. The assembled leader is ready for immediate use, saving you from tying the rig at the water. The supplier describes its construction as durable and designed to withstand catfish fights.
This version is 200 cm long with a line diameter of 1.2 mm and hooks in sizes 8/0 and 1/0. One complete leader is supplied, including the two small underwater floats and two single hooks.
The sharp hooks can cause serious injury. Handle them carefully and check suitability for the intended use before fishing. Transport and store the rig in a safe container, out of children's reach. Dispose of used or damaged hooks properly to prevent injury and follow the supplied safety and usage instructions.
