Yes. Red light is one of six modes alongside ECO, low, medium, high and flashing. It helps preserve night vision and limits disturbance to other anglers. Mode memory restores the last setting when you switch the lamp on again, reducing the need to cycle through modes in the dark.
The supplier describes it as splash-resistant, supporting use around splashing water while fishing. No IP rating is given, so the stated protection should not be treated as a specified waterproof or immersion rating.
It measures 56 x 15 x 35 mm and weighs 54 g including the headband. The compact size and low weight limit the load on your head, while the headband keeps your hands free for bait changes and playing fish at night.

The Black Cat Lumo Cat 300 is a compact, rechargeable headlamp for catfish fishing at night or in low light, including sessions on rivers and larger waters. Its headband leaves both hands free for changing bait, setting up rods and playing fish, while six light modes let you adjust the illumination to the task.
Choose between ECO, low, medium, high, flashing and red light. High mode provides 350 lumens when you need more illumination. Red light helps preserve night vision and reduces disturbance to other anglers. The mode memory recalls your last setting when you switch the lamp back on, avoiding repeated cycling through the modes.
ECO mode runs for up to approximately 40 hours, compared with around 3 hours on medium and 2 hours 15 minutes on high. ECO therefore offers the longest runtime, while brighter settings require more frequent charging. The charge-level indicator lets you check the battery status during a session.
