It is a freshwater Carolina-rig kit for streetfishing and urban angling for perch and pike. Developed by street anglers to limit the tackle carried, it suits anglers wanting craws and rig components together rather than separate packs.
The seven listed pieces are three soft-plastic craws, two offset hooks and two bullet weights. A pre-tied rig is not specified, so choose it as a set of lure and rig components rather than relying on an assembled rig being supplied.
This version is listed as Assorted, with varied lure lengths. Individual colours, lure weights, hook sizes and bullet-weight sizes are not reliably specified, so confirm those details before choosing it for a setup with fixed size or weight requirements.
No, the supplier states that the kit contains lead. Packaging is listed as plastic clam or blister, with no separate reusable tackle box specified. If you need lead-free components or a storage box, do not assume either is provided by this set.

The Berkley URBN kit C-Rig combines soft-plastic craws, offset hooks and bullet weights in a seven-piece Carolina-rig lure kit for freshwater streetfishing for perch and pike. Developed by Berkley's street anglers with ease and comfort in mind, it brings together bait and rig components so urban anglers can try the technique without carrying bags full of tackle.
The set includes three soft-plastic craws, two offset hooks and two bullet weights. The craws provide the lure bodies, the offset hooks mount them and the bullet weights provide the rig's weighting. The supplier also lists Texas, drop-shot and wacky rig uses. No pre-tied rigs or additional technique-specific components are specified.
The colour selection is Assorted, with no individual colours specified. Lure lengths are listed as varied. Individual lure weights, hook sizes and bullet-weight sizes are not reliably specified. Check those details if your setup requires a particular size or weight. The kit contains lead, which matters if you need lead-free tackle.
The kit is supplied in plastic clam or blister packaging. A separate reusable tackle box is not specified.
