It is intended for freshwater streetfishing and urban angling, including perch and pike fishing. Berkley's street anglers composed the set for trying different tactics without carrying bags full of tackle, making it an option for sessions where you want variety with less gear.
The stated contents are eight soft lures in assorted colours, supplied in plastic clam/blister packaging. Specific hooks, jig heads and rigs are not listed. Treat it as a lure assortment rather than assuming all the terminal tackle for your chosen technique is included.
The lure lengths vary, but individual measurements are not listed and individual lure weights are unclear. The assortment gives you different sizes to try, but these details alone do not allow a precise check against your rod's casting range.

The Berkley URBN kit All lures is an eight-piece soft-lure set for freshwater streetfishing and urban angling. Composed by Berkley's top street anglers with ease and comfort in mind, it lets you try different tactics and techniques without carrying bags full of tackle. Intended uses include perch and pike fishing.
The kit contains eight soft lures in assorted colours. Berkley lists the product type as Creatures, with varied lure lengths. This is an assortment rather than a set of identical lures, giving you different options to try during a session. Individual sizes are not specified and individual lure weights are unclear, so a precise match to a rod's casting range cannot be made from these details.
The lures contain no lead and are supplied in plastic clam/blister packaging. The stated contents are the pictured lure set. Specific hooks, jig heads and ready-made rigs are not listed, so do not assume this is a complete rigging kit.
