Built from 8-carrier PE (polyethylene) fibres with no measurable stretch, the Sick Braid transmits every tap, bump, and run straight to your fingertips. In deeper water or when working jigs and soft plastics at distance, that instant feedback is the difference between a hook-up and a missed fish.
The proprietary Nano microcrystalline polymer coating does two jobs at once: it locks the 8-strand braid tight for an exceptionally smooth surface that glides through rod guides with minimal friction, and it adds a hard shell of abrasion resistance against rocks, gravel, and submerged structure. Fewer re-spools, longer casts, and more confidence around rough terrain.
