No, it supplies the material and components to make your own. The 10 m of fluorocarbon is a material supply, so you choose each leader's length when assembling it.
It is intended for perch and zander lure fishing. The supplier names crankbaits, soft lures and spinnerbaits as compatible uses, so the kit supports leader building for these lure setups rather than one specific lure type.
This model includes 10 m of 0.40 mm fluorocarbon rated at 9.03 kg, crimping pliers, matching sleeves, barrel swivels and snaps. The tool and connection components are supplied together, so you can assemble fluorocarbon leaders without buying those parts separately.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.

The Berkley Fusion19 Leader Kit Zander/Perch FC is a complete kit for making fluorocarbon (FC) leaders for perch and zander lure fishing. The supplied leader material, crimping pliers and matching components let you make leaders to suit your setup in just a few minutes, rather than use a fixed, ready-made length.
The kit includes 10 m of 0.40 mm fluorocarbon with a stated breaking strain of 9.03 kg. This is a supply of material for making your own leaders, not a single 10 m finished leader. Choose the leader length as you assemble it for your fishing setup.
Crimping pliers and matching sleeves are supplied to form the crimped connections. Barrel swivels and snaps complete the kit, providing connections for your rig and allowing you to attach and change lures. You do not need to source these leader-building components separately.
The leaders can be used with crankbaits, soft lures, spinnerbaits and other lures when spinning for perch and zander. The supplier lists the kit for all water types.
