It is intended for spinning for rainbow trout in trout ponds and lakes, brown trout in streams, and perch. Its 3 cm body imitates a small baitfish, making it an option when you want a small lure for these species.
The Trout Crank sinks, so it can descend before you retrieve it. A numerical running depth is not specified, so it should not be chosen on the assumption of a fixed diving depth.
Each lure is fitted with a sharp single hook whose eye position keeps the point facing upwards. The hook can move during rapid trout runs, helping maintain its hold during the fight. This is a single-hook setup, not a treble-hook version.
The pack contains five Trout Crank lures as pictured. Each is 3 cm long, weighs 2 g and is UV-active, so you receive five lures with the same size and weight rather than a mixed-size assortment.

The Balzer Trout Crank is a sinking crankbait for spinning for rainbow trout in trout ponds and lakes, and brown trout in streams. Its 3 cm body imitates a small baitfish, while its lively action provides movement during the retrieve. It is also suitable for perch fishing.
Each lure is 3 cm long and weighs 2 g, giving you a small presentation when trout are feeding on small prey. The sinking design lets the lure descend before retrieval rather than stay on the surface. The lures are UV-active.
Each lure comes fitted with a sharp single hook. The hook eye is positioned so that the point faces upwards. The hook can move during a trout's rapid runs, helping it hold in the mouth and reduce lost fish during the fight.
The pack contains five Balzer Trout Crank lures as pictured, each measuring 3 cm and weighing 2 g. This is a pack of one lure model, not a selection of different lure types.
