The Balzer Shirasu Street IM-8 Perch Allround is a spinning rod for light street fishing for perch, zander and other predators. Its stiff blank helps animate light lures and transmits contact at the lure, supporting controlled retrieves and clear feedback.
This model measures 225 cm and has a casting weight of 5–23 g. Choose lure setups within that range. At 160 g, it combines low weight with balanced handling, while ergonomic Duplon grips provide a comfortable hold during active lure fishing.
The blank is made from High Modulus IM-8 Carbon with woven carbon fibre. A precision reel seat holds the reel, and Titanium SIC (silicon carbide) guides are arranged according to the Pro-Guide-Concept. A hook keeper provides a dedicated place to secure the hook between casts.
The two-piece construction reduces the rod to a transport length of 117 cm. Use this packed length when choosing rod storage or checking carrying space.
