The Balzer Shirasu Spoon Depot is a tackle box for spoons, micro lures and jig heads used in light lure fishing for trout, perch and sea trout. Hooks are secured in Duplon strips, keeping the lures in place and reducing tangles so that individual lures are easy to find and change.
Hook-and-loop material lines the inside of the box, allowing you to reposition the Duplon strips to suit different lure sizes. Arrange them for short micro spoons or longer trout spoons. Jig heads can also be secured in the strips, so they can share the box with your small lures.
The box measures 20 × 14 × 3.5 cm and keeps a small-lure selection together for transport and use at the water. It is suitable for freshwater and saltwater fishing, including river wading and coastal sea-trout sessions. Capacity depends on the size of your lures and the arrangement of the strips, rather than a stated fixed lure count.
The box comes with its Duplon strips and hook-and-loop interior, but without contents. Fill it with your own spoons, micro lures or jig heads.
