It is intended for natural-bait surf fishing for flatfish and cod. The supplier also specifies flatfish fishing from piers and in harbours, so its stated use extends beyond the beach to those shore locations.
The 125 cm rig has two size 1 flatfish hooks, a 0.60 mm rig body and 0.40 mm snoods. This gives you two bait positions and lets you compare the supplied hook size and line diameters with the setup you want to fish.
Wire side arms hold the snoods away from the rig body, while attractor beads and spinner blades provide visual attraction near the bait. Choose this rig if you want those attractors already fitted to a two-hook natural-bait setup.

The Balzer Naturköder System is a natural-bait surf rig for flatfish and cod. Two snoods, each fitted with a flatfish hook, provide two bait positions. It also suits flatfish fishing from piers and in harbours.
Wire side arms hold the snoods away from the rig body. Attractor beads and spinner blades add visual attraction around the bait, combining natural-bait presentation with these attractors in one assembled rig.
The rig is 125 cm long and carries two size 1 hooks. The rig body line is 0.60 mm in diameter and the snood line is 0.40 mm. These dimensions define the supplied setup for shore-based sea fishing.
