The MK Super Natural Jerk features a pronounced, deeply embossed scale pattern unlike anything seen on previous jerkbaits. These coarse, clearly visible and tactile scales displace water and create micro-turbulences that trigger the lateral line response in predatory fish. Even at low retrieve speeds, the bait generates disturbance that draws attention from a distance.

This variant delivers a versatile, multi-phase retrieve: a wrist-snap jerk into a semi-slack line sends the bait darting sharply left and right in a tight S-curve; a steady, even retrieve produces wide, sweeping snake movements; and when you pause and let it sink, it flanks and trembles on the fall — the moment when most strikes happen. Matze's recommended cadence is simple and effective: light snap, let it break out, two-second sink pause, next snap. The bait is designed for shallow water but can be fished at varying depths. As an extra tip, it excels for zander hunting in the dark along rip-rap and rocky structure.

All variants share the Rotauge (roach) colour and sinking action, optimised for shallow water on a jerking retrieve. The difference between variants lies in their swimming action:
