Yes. The supplier specifies mackerel fishing from boats, piers and harbour edges. The paternoster is designed for moving water and active shoals, so it is not restricted to boat use.
Yellow feathers and colour-coordinated beads dress the three hooks, using movement and visual cues to imitate small fish. The reflective effect improves visibility in sunlight and changing light, making this presentation suited to those conditions.
It has three size 1 hooks on a 180 cm rig, with a 0.60 mm main rig line and 0.40 mm snoods. The thicker rig line is intended for moving water, while the finer snoods support a natural presentation of the dressed hooks.

This mackerel paternoster is designed for fishing around active shoals in moving water, from a boat, pier or harbour edge. Three size 1 hooks carry yellow feathers and beads, combining movement and visual attraction to imitate small fish.
The moving feathers and colour-coordinated beads provide visual cues for feeding mackerel. The reflective effect improves visibility in sunlit water and changing light conditions, helping the presentation stand out at a distance.
The rig is 180 cm long, with a 0.60 mm main rig line and 0.40 mm snoods. The thicker main rig line is intended for moving water and active shoals, while the finer snoods support a natural presentation of the feather-dressed hooks.
