IM-12 Carbon Blank with Carbon Tape Wrapping

Constructed from Japanese IM-12 carbon fibre with a carbon tape overwrap, the unground blank delivers exceptional stiffness, sensitivity, and reserves of fighting power when a big cod, ling, or halibut runs deep. The inline construction distributes load evenly across the blank, reducing stress points and keeping the rod true under extreme pressure.

Seaguide and FUJI Hardware for Smooth Line Flow

Seaguide entry and trumpet guides channel heavy braided line cleanly into the inline system, while FUJI Alconite underwound ring guides and a FUJI reel seat ensure rock-solid performance in saltwater conditions. The ergonomic shrink-rubber handle gives a secure, non-slip grip even in wet gloves, and the cross-butt end allows use with a fighting belt for sustained deep drops.
