Balzer Adrenalin Cat is soft monofilament leader line designed for fighting large catfish. Its very high abrasion resistance helps the leader withstand contact with the fish's powerful jaws and hard tooth pads during a bite and the fight.
The line combines a soft construction with low stretch. This limits elongation under load while retaining the suppleness of the leader material.
This version has a diameter of 1.00 mm and a stated breaking strain of 47 kg. It supplies 50 m of line for making catfish leaders, rather than a single pre-tied rig.
