The large Svartzonker Shallow Stinger delivers a ready-to-fish hook rig for oversized soft baits and gives pike, muskie, and other predators no second chance.
Originally designed to pair perfectly with the Svartzonker McPike, this 15 cm stinger rig handles large rubber lures with ease. The shallow screw attachment keeps the hooks free-swinging and maintains the natural action of big paddle-tail or shad-style soft plastics. Whether you're fishing open water or working shallow cover, the rig stays balanced and tangle-free.
Each stinger is made from multiple strands of stainless steel wire, coated in nylon for abrasion resistance and a low-visibility profile. The 36.3 kg (80 lb) breaking strength handles aggressive strikes and bulldogging runs from trophy-class fish, while the black-nickel 3/0 treble hooks penetrate hard and hold firm through headshakes and jumps.
Svartzonker Stingers come in three sizes to match your soft bait and target species:
Small (11 cm, 27 g, 2/0 hook, 3.63 kg line strength) — best for mid-sized swimbaits (12–18 cm) targeting pike and zander in lighter cover or pressured waters
Medium (15 cm, 45 g, 2/0 hook) — suits 18–25 cm soft baits for pike, muskie, and large bass in mixed structure
Large (15 cm, 47 g, 3/0 hook, 36.3 kg line strength) — ideal for the McPike and 20–30 cm swimbaits; the heavier wire and 3/0 treble handle trophy pike and muskie in heavy weed or timber
