Yes. This Standard With Backrest model has an integrated folding stool with a backrest and a sturdy frame made from 1.2 mm thick material. It combines your gear carrier and a bankside seat in one item.
Padded, adjustable shoulder straps support comfortable carrying, while numerous pockets keep accessories separate. The rucksack itself weighs 2600 g, so allow for that weight as well as the gear you pack.
The supplier specifies water-repellent fabric, which helps repel water at the surface. It does not establish that the complete rucksack is waterproof, so do not choose it on the assumption of fully waterproof storage.

The Abu Garcia Rucksack Standard With Backrest combines a fishing rucksack with an integrated folding stool and backrest. It carries your equipment to the bank and provides a place to sit once you arrive.
Numerous pockets let you keep fishing accessories separate rather than loose together. Padded, adjustable shoulder straps make carrying more comfortable. The Black/Red version weighs 2600 g, which adds to the weight of the equipment you pack.
The sturdy seat frame uses material 1.2 mm thick. Heavy-denier, water-repellent fabric provides a hard-wearing outer for transporting gear and helps repel water at the surface. This is a fabric-level water-repellent claim, not a whole-bag waterproof rating.
