Yes, it has an integrated folding stool with a frame made from 1.2 mm thick material. You can carry your fishing gear and a seat together rather than transport a separate stool.
The supplier specifies water-repellent fabric, not a waterproof rating. The fabric helps shed moisture, but that claim alone does not establish waterproof protection for the contents.
Padded, adjustable shoulder straps provide a comfortable, adaptable fit, while numerous pockets separate your equipment. Its net weight is 1800 g, which you need to allow for alongside the gear you pack.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.

The Abu Garcia Rucksack Large combines a fishing rucksack with an integrated folding stool. It carries your equipment to the fishing spot and provides a seat when you arrive, with numerous pockets to keep your gear organised.
Padded, adjustable shoulder straps let you adapt the fit and make carrying more comfortable. Multiple pockets allow you to separate your equipment rather than keep everything together in one space. The Large version comes in Black/Red and has a net weight of 1800 g.
The built-in stool combines seating with tackle transport. Its sturdy frame uses material 1.2 mm thick to support the seating structure.
The heavy fabric is water-repellent, helping it shed moisture during use. This is a water-repellency claim, not a stated waterproof rating.
