This is the left-hand retrieve version, so you wind with your left hand. Its straight 95 mm carbon handle has oversized knobs for grip when retrieving against resistance. Choose this version if you want to keep the rod in your right hand while winding.
Neither is included. The aluminium spool is not pre-spooled and holds, for example, 120 m of 0.32 mm monofilament or 115 m of 0.36 mm braid. Choose and load your line before the first outing, and do not plan on an included spare spool for line changes.
It is specified for freshwater use, with topwater fishing and flipping highlighted for bass. Choose it for freshwater lure setups, as saltwater suitability is not established by its technical specification.

The fifth-generation Abu Garcia Revo Rocket is a low-profile baitcasting reel for freshwater lure fishing. Its 10.1:1 gear ratio retrieves 112 cm of line per handle turn, helping you recover slack quickly during topwater fishing and flipping. It is designed for bass fishing and other techniques where fast line pickup matters.
The EXD concept is designed to support casting performance, while the adjustable centrifugal casting brake controls the spool during a cast. The asymmetrical body and X2-Cräftic™ alloy frame and sideplate are designed to balance weight, strength and ergonomics. This left-hand retrieve version weighs 213 g.
A straight 95 mm carbon handle with oversized knobs provides a substantial grip when winding against resistance. Ten stainless steel ball bearings and one roller bearing support the mechanism, and Instant Anti-Reverse prevents backward handle movement.
The Power Stack Carbon Matrix Drag System uses carbon-fibre drag material and is adjusted with a star drag. Its maximum drag is approximately 8.2 kg. The handle and gearing are designed to provide torque for retrieving and playing bass, alongside the reel's emphasis on speed.
