The FANTASISTA NANO casting rods are designed for freshwater lure fishing with a baitcasting reel. Their lightweight, sensitive 40T Carbon + T1100G NanoTechnology blanks combine extra-fast action with very fast recovery, giving direct feedback while working a lure.
Ten Fuji K SiC guides, including the tip, use stainless steel frames and anti-tangling construction to reduce line tangles during casting. The custom Abu Garcia reel seat has an anti-slip coating for secure handling. AAA-grade cork grips provide the hand contact surfaces, and a lightweight, minimalist hook keeper holds the hook between casts. The deep azure-blue blank has dark metallic accents and matte-black metal components. A velvet bag is supplied.
Choose a model whose lure rating covers your intended lure weight. The lightest-rated version starts at 2 g, while the Heavy version handles 20–80 g. The two Medium models share a 5–30 g rating but differ in length and transport size. The 1+1 configurations need more transport space than the two-piece models.
