All models have two sections and pack down to 100–143 cm. The 662UL is the shortest packed option at 100 cm, while both 902 models need 143 cm, so check your rod bag or storage space against the individual transport length.

Abu Garcia EON spinning rods are built for freshwater lure fishing. Their lightweight 36T carbon blanks use Nano Technology resin for a responsive, sensitive feel, helping you follow the lure during the retrieve. Depending on the model, the action is fast or extra fast.
Match your lure weight to the model rating first. The 662UL covers the lightest 1–7 g lures. The L and LP models cover 2–10 g and 3–15 g, while the ML models handle 5–21 g. Medium models offer 10–30 g or 8–32 g, the MH versions 12–42 g or 14–50 g, and the 842H handles 20–70 g. Within overlapping ratings, a longer rod gives more reach, while a shorter rod is easier to handle in confined space. Compare action as well as rating, the 702LP is fast while the longer 762LP is extra fast.

Fuji Alconite KL/KT guides lead the line along the blank, and a Fuji reel seat holds the spinning reel. The 662UL, 702LP, 702ML, 702M, 802ML, 802M, 802MH and 842H specify the Fuji VSS seat, with eight guides including the tip on the 662UL, 702LP, 702ML and 702M, and nine on the 802ML, 802M, 802MH and 842H. High-density EVA split grips have a cross tape design. A hook keeper provides a dedicated place to secure the lure between casts. All models are black.
Every model separates into two sections. Transport lengths range from 100 to 143 cm, so compare the packed length with your available storage space. A cloth bag is specified for the models with a stated rod weight in the table.
