Yes, side straps with buckles on both sides are designed to attach extra items such as a second rod and a landing net. Two mesh pockets also hold pliers, accessories or a drink bottle, keeping these items outside the main compartments. A maximum rod length is not specified.

The Abu Garcia Backpack is a fishing rucksack for mobile lure anglers spending long days on the water. Three included tackle boxes keep tackle organised, while space for food, extra clothing and a camera lets you carry fishing gear and personal essentials together. Adjustable, padded shoulder straps provide comfortable carrying as you move between fishing spots.
The black backpack measures 33 x 21 x 51 cm and weighs 1816 g. It comes with three medium tackle boxes, each measuring 28 x 18 x 4.5 cm. The large main compartment opens from the top, and a separate lower main compartment is accessible from the side or bottom. These separate access points let you reach either compartment without going through the other. Strong, reliable zippers secure the compartments.
Two mesh pockets hold pliers, accessories or a drink bottle. Side straps with buckles on both sides allow you to attach extra items, including a second rod and a landing net, leaving internal space for the rest of your kit.
The backpack is made from 100% Polyester and has a reinforced, waterproof base to protect the bottom where it meets wet ground. An integrated, fold-out rain cover is stored in the bottom and can be pulled out when needed. The waterproof specification applies to the base, rather than a stated fully waterproof construction for the whole backpack.
