It is intended for active predator fishing with softbaits and hardbaits, with a recommended casting weight of 7–80 g. Choose lures within that range and check that your rod's casting rating also suits them.
The handle is on the left. This size 1 version has a 6.6:1 ratio and retrieves 64 cm per turn, so choose it if you prefer winding with your left hand and this retrieve suits your lure presentation.
The stated capacity is 100 m of 0.33 mm line. Use that diameter-and-length pairing when planning your spool fill, as the stated capacity does not establish how much of a different diameter will fit.
MCS provides magnetic casting control, and the Arrowhead Casting System is designed for long casts. The Beetle Wing Side-Plate allows rapid spool changes, so you can access the spool quickly when changing your setup.
The Venti system uses six carbon discs and has a maximum drag of 9.8 kg, supported by Instant Stop Anti-Reverse. Adjust the drag to your line and rod. The maximum is a capacity rating rather than the setting every setup needs.

The 13 Fishing Origin F1 is a low-profile baitcasting reel for active predator fishing with softbaits and hardbaits. Its Arrowhead Casting System is designed for long casts, while the MCS (Magnet Control System) provides magnetic casting control. The recommended casting weight is 7–80 g, giving you a clear range for choosing your lures.
The slim, low Fastback body houses seven ball bearings. The Beetle Wing Side-Plate allows rapid spool changes, making spool access easier when changing your setup. The reel is also Trick Shop compatible.
The Venti six-disc carbon drag system has a maximum drag of 9.8 kg. Instant Stop Anti-Reverse prevents backward rotation, supporting direct engagement when pressure comes onto the line. Set the drag to suit your line and rod rather than treating the maximum rating as a required setting.
This size 1 version has a left-hand handle and a 6.6:1 gear ratio. It retrieves 64 cm of line per handle turn and holds 100 m of 0.33 mm line. Check these figures against your preferred line and retrieve requirements. The reel weighs 225 g.
Check the drag, handle, spool and line guide before each use, and secure the reel firmly to a compatible rod. Clean it regularly, especially after saltwater exposure, and follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. Store it dry and keep fingers, hair and clothing clear of moving parts.
