The Line Thru concept features a channel running through the lure's body, allowing the hook rig to be positioned at the body's widest point. This enables the hooks to swing freely during strikes, improving hook penetration and reducing break-offs for more reliable hook-ups and higher landing rates during spinning and trolling.
The slow-sinking variant (SS) has the Line Thru channel at the mouth and sinks gradually, allowing you to twitch, jerk, and glide it through shallow to mid-depth zones (typically 1–3 m). The sinking variant (S) descends faster and reaches deeper depths (typically 1.5–3 m) with a pronounced s-curve action that displaces more water to attract larger fish from distance.
The 3D scan captures the exact proportions, fin positions, gill covers, and body contours of a real roach. This level of anatomical detail cannot be matched by hand-sculpting, resulting in a lure that moves like a natural roach in the water, triggering instinctive predatory responses in pike, zander, and other hunters.
The range includes realistic baitfish patterns: Clear Rudd (silver belly with natural markings), Black (dark silhouette for low-visibility water), Blue Roach (blue-tinted natural pattern), Glitter Bream (iridescent sparkle finish), and Toxic Roach (high-visibility contrast pattern). Choose based on water clarity and prevailing forage: natural patterns for clear water, darker shades for murky conditions, and high-visibility for low-light fishing.
Pike, zander, and large perch are the primary targets, with occasional takes from catfish and trout. These lures work well in freshwater lakes, rivers, and reservoirs from spring through autumn. Best results occur in clear to slightly turbid water at temperatures above 10°C, during low-light periods (dawn, dusk, overcast days), and around structure like weed beds, drop-offs, and sunken wood.
The 25 cm variant (216 g) is ideal for targeting perch, smaller pike, and zander in shallow water and around vegetation. The 32 cm variants (420 g slow sink / 445 g sinking) are better for larger pike and trophy zander in deeper water, stronger current, and open water presentations. Smaller lures cast easier in windy conditions; larger lures displace more water and create stronger vibrations to attract fish from distance.
