The Perfect Passion is a dedicated catfish (Waller) rod line from Black Cat, built for still-fishing on rivers, lakes and reservoirs. It combines a strong lifting backbone with a sensitive tip for clean bait presentation on typical catfish rigs.
The blank uses IM-6 carbon fibre for a powerful yet controlled action. There is enough reserve to lift hard-fighting catfish from cover, while the tip section still signals takes clearly during the sit.
The Perfect Passion series is at home with buoy rigs (Bojenfischen), U-float setups and standard bottom rigs, as well as classic still-fishing with live or dead baits. Length and power let you fish both from the bank and from the boat.
