Size 1/0 is rated at 60 kg and size 3/0 at 100 kg. Both use the same spiral connection and come in packs of five. Choose between them according to the size and stated strength required for your connection.
Twist the corkscrew spiral into the eye of the lure or leader. The swivel has an eye at the opposite end and no conventional snap at the spiral end. Use it with an attachment eye that can accept the spiral rather than expecting an opening clip.
They are intended for both. The supplier names halibut and large cod fishing in Norway and Iceland, large catfish, and pike fishing where large fish are expected. The same connection design serves these applications, with 60 kg or 100 kg stated strength depending on the selected size.

These barrel swivels connect lures or leaders for fishing powerful freshwater and saltwater fish. An eye sits at one end and a strong corkscrew spiral at the other. The spiral replaces the conventional snap, removing that component as a potential weak point.
Twist the spiral into the eye of a lure or leader. This connection uses the spiral itself rather than an opening snap, so the attachment needs an eye that accepts the spiral.
The supplier specifies sea fishing in Norway and Iceland for halibut and large cod, fishing for large catfish, and pike fishing where large fish are expected. Both variants are intended for freshwater and saltwater use.
Size 1/0 has a stated breaking strength of 60 kg, while size 3/0 is rated at 100 kg. Choose 3/0 when the connection needs the higher stated strength, or 1/0 when 60 kg meets your requirements. The choice changes both the size designation and the strength rating, not the spiral attachment design. Each pack contains five swivels of the selected size.
