Purpose-built baitcasting rods for anglers throwing the heaviest swimbaits, jerkbaits and big baits (oversized multi-part lures) for trophy pike, musky and catfish.
Every Alpha SG6 Monster is built on a Japanese Torayca 30/40T carbon blank with a moderate-fast action. The blank is light yet extremely responsive, giving you the backbone to cast heavy baits, work them all day and drive a firm hookset into hard-jawed predators.
The rods are fitted with SeaGuide CCS stainless steel guides and SiN (silicon nitride) ring inserts that handle braided main lines without chafing. A FUJI reel seat keeps your baitcaster locked in place under full load.
A premium cork grip delivers all-day comfort and cold-weather warmth. Two-piece construction with transport lengths between 123 cm and 133 cm keeps the rods easy to carry.
Five models cover 2.38–2.59 m blanks and 60–600 g casting weights, so you can match the rod to your bait class — from medium jerkbaits right up to oversized big baits.
