The Fox Horizon X4 Cork Handle is a carp rod for static boilie fishing with self-hooking and running rigs. Its light, fast blank uses 2K woven carbon and is built to cast heavy rigs over long distances, making it suitable for large lakes and strongly flowing rivers.
This model is approximately 366 cm long with a 3lb test curve and weighs 385 g. The fast action combines casting performance with power reserves and a fish-playing action for controlling large carp. The supplier does not specify a casting-weight range in grams.
Anti-tangle guides help reduce line tangles during casting. The rod has a 50 mm butt guide and a Fuji 18mm DPS reel seat to secure the reel. A slim cork handle provides the grip, while gloss lacquer and understated lettering finish the blank.
The two-piece take-apart construction reduces the rod to a transport length of 187 cm. Allow for that length when choosing a rod bag or planning storage in your vehicle.
