The Jig Whip 2.0 is primarily designed for zander and perch fishing with soft baits and jig heads. It also handles pike well thanks to its powerful backbone, and works for cranking techniques on zander.
The rod has a casting weight range of 20–50 g, but performs optimally with jig heads between 5 and 21 g combined with lures up to 5 inches, especially in still or slow-flowing waters.
