The Subsonik Sinking Braid is a supple, low-visibility braided mainline engineered to sink quickly and hug the lakebed contours — keeping your presentation pinned down where carp feed.
The Subsonik sinks rapidly and conforms to the underwater topography, reducing line bow and improving bite detection. This makes it especially effective when fishing over silt, gravel bars, or uneven lake floors where a floating or slow-sinking line would arch off the bottom and spook wary fish.
With minimal stretch and high abrasion resistance, the Subsonik transmits takes clearly — even at long range. Its supple braid body casts smoothly off the spool and resists fraying against gravel or debris. For distance work, pairing it with a monofilament shock leader is recommended: mono absorbs the strike shock and adds a degree of cushion during the fight close to the net.
