A stainless steel main shaft and five stainless steel ball bearings plus one roller bearing give the Advantor 4000 the durability to withstand the repetitive stress of casting and retrieving loaded feeder rigs all day. The aluminium body with carbon cover keeps the construction rigid without unnecessary bulk, while the balanced rotor ensures smooth, wobble-free rotation under load.

Flat Spool, Smooth Line Clip — Details That Matter

The shallow, large-diameter spool is designed to load line evenly and cast cleanly without needing backing, saving weight on the setup. Both the spool surface and the triangular line clip are finished smooth to protect braided main lines from nicking or fraying — a practical detail for anyone running lighter braid on a feeder setup. The bail arm can be folded tight against the body by loosening a screw and rotating it counter-clockwise, allowing the reel to sit flat inside a rod sleeve with the rod already rigged. A spare aluminium spool is included in the box.
