Balzer Trout Collector Softbaits — Natural Worm Action for Trout on the Float

These floating rubber worms from Balzer are purpose-built for ultra light (UL) spinning at put-and-take trout lakes, combining a lifelike profile with built-in scent attraction to tempt even cautious fish.

Flat-Body Profile for Maximum Flex

Unlike round-bodied worms, the Trout Collector worm is flattened through the midsection. This cross-section, combined with generously spaced ribs along the body, allows the soft bait to flex and undulate freely through the water column, producing a natural, wriggling action at even the slowest retrieve speeds.

Scent-Enhanced Floating Action

The worms are infused with an attractant aroma that releases as the lure moves, giving trout an additional trigger to strike. Buoyancy is floating, so the bait stays up in the water column when paused — ideal for lift-and-drop retrieves and for keeping the hook away from bottom snags in shallower lake sections.

Floating variants (Swimming Action: Floating) — including this product: best for slow presentations, lift-and-drop, and suspending the lure just above the bottom or weed. Suits most trout-lake scenarios.
Floating variants with Swimming Action: Swimming (e.g. IDs 724777, 724775, 724779, 724782): designed to track at a consistent depth on a steady retrieve; useful when fish are actively feeding mid-water.
Variants without listed attributes (IDs 724761, 803380, 803382, 803379, 724771, 803381): colour/size options within the same worm concept — check the selector for the specific colour or size that matches your water.
