Balzer Shirasu MaJo Booster - Gummifisch
incl. VAT, excl.
The Balzer Shirasu MaJo Booster is a purpose-built paddle-tail softbait (Gummifisch) designed for jigging and spinning after pike, perch, and zander. The 17 cm / 35 g Lime version brings serious weight and visual punch to deeper water and stronger currents.
The MaJo Booster's UV-reactive coating increases visibility when natural light fades — during dawn and dusk sessions or in coloured water where Lime already contrasts sharply against murky backgrounds. This gives the lure a biological edge even when ambient conditions are against you.
The oversized paddle tail generates strong lateral pressure waves with every retrieve. Whether you're working a straight retrieve, a lift-and-drop jig sequence, or a slow roll near structure, the tail thumps hard enough to trigger reaction strikes from nearby predators. At 35 g the lure cuts to depth quickly and holds its line in moving water.
The Shirasu MaJo Booster is available across three sizes and multiple colours. Match your choice to the fish, the depth, and the conditions:
10 cm / 7 g — Blue Melon, Lime, Green Fire Tiger, Orange Fire Tiger, Blue Arctic, Night Crawler, UV Pike — light spinning for perch and zander in shallower water; finesse jig heads 5–15 g
13 cm / 15 g — Lime, Green Fire Tiger, Night Crawler — mid-range all-rounder for zander and perch in moderate depths; jig heads 15–25 g
17 cm / 35 g — Lime — big-bait approach for pike and large zander in deeper water or strong current; heavy jig heads 28–40 g; Lime delivers contrast in coloured or low-light conditions
17 cm / 35 g — Blue Melon, Green Fire Tiger, Blue Melon — alternative 17 cm colour options for brighter or clearer conditions
