With a casting weight of 100–180g and a stiff MH action built from Toray carbon reinforced with a 90° cross-weave carbon cloth, this rod delivers the fast, forceful sweeps needed to work surface poppers convincingly and to turn aggressive fish away from structure. At 436g and 2.3m assembled, it offers the leverage to handle powerful runs without sacrificing control.

Saltwater-Ready Components, Compact for Travel

SiC (Silicon Carbide) guides protect braided lines from wear and heat, while the saltwater-resistant EVA handle keeps its grip wet or dry. The three-section design collapses to just 85cm, making it fully carry-on friendly — a real advantage on fly-fishing or bluewater destination trips. A padded rod bag is included to protect it in transit.
