The Balzer Shirasu Spezial Snap Swivel (Sicherheitswirbel — safety snap swivel) in size 10 delivers a reliable 11 kg breaking strength in a dark, low-visibility finish, making it a smart terminal tackle choice for lure fishing on perch, pike, and zander.
The generously curved snap opening lets you change soft baits and hard baits quickly without tools, while the wide bow keeps the lure running freely. There is no contact restriction that could dampen the action of a suspending jerkbait or a paddle-tail shad — the lure moves exactly as its designer intended.
The barrel swivel at the other end rotates with very low resistance, effectively dissipating line twist caused by fast-spinning lures such as spinners or chatterbaits. Less twist means fewer tangles, longer leader life, and more time fishing.
