The Diabolo Golden Circle Barsch is a finesse spinning rod built specifically for targeting perch with small lures — combining a responsive semi-action blank with premium guides and a slim, comfortable grip.
Constructed from IM-7 carbon with an additional carbon tape wrap, the 2.4 m blank delivers a well-balanced semi (medium) action that loads smoothly on the cast for good distance with lures in the 7–22 g range. The softer tip section cushions the retrieve and reduces the risk of hooks pulling free during the fight — a real advantage when perch are taking small softbaits or micro crankbaits.
Slim Titanium SIC (Silicon Carbide) ring guides keep line friction to a minimum, which is especially noticeable when using braided lines with thin-diameter leaders. The reel seat is finished in painted stainless steel and Nylon ABS for a secure, corrosion-resistant hold, and the STARDUST finish gives the blank a clean, refined look without adding weight. At 149 g over 2.4 m, the rod stays comfortable across a full session.
