Spro 12cm 20g Iris The Frog - Gummifrosch
incl. VAT, excl.
The Spro Iris The Frog is a creature bait (soft lure designed to mimic live prey) that replicates a frog with striking realism, built to tempt pike and other predatory fish on the spin rod.
Molded from a supple rubber compound, the Iris The Frog's legs begin to kick and flutter even at the slowest possible retrieve. This means you can work it as a near-static deadbait presentation or burn it back fast — the lure stays convincing throughout, giving predators little reason to refuse.
The body is designed to mount cleanly on jig heads, offset hooks, or worm hooks, so you can adapt your presentation to the cover you're fishing. Run it weedless on an offset hook through lily pads, or drop it on a jig head for a swimming frog action along deeper weed edges.
All variants share the same 12 cm / 20 g profile and multi-rig compatibility. Pick your colour to match conditions and target species:
Fluo Green Frog (current) — high-visibility chartreuse tone; ideal in coloured or murky water, low-light sessions, and stained river systems where pike need a strong visual cue
Natural Green Frog — realistic green pattern that closely imitates native frog species; best in clear, weedy stillwaters where a natural presentation wins; legs confirmed to move at very slow retrieve speed
Redhead — contrasting red head for added strike trigger; works well in open water and when fish are actively hunting
Firetiger — classic predator pattern combining green, yellow, and orange; a reliable all-rounder for pike in varied light conditions
