Spro 12cm 20g Iris The Frog - Gummifrosch
incl. VAT, excl.
The Spro Iris The Frog is a soft bait (rubber frog) creature bait engineered to fool pike and other predatory fish with an uncannily realistic frog profile and legs that kick into action even at the slowest retrieve speeds.
Crafted from a supple rubber compound, the Iris The Frog's legs generate a seductive swimming motion the moment you begin winding. Even a near-static retrieve is enough to trigger the legs, making this lure deadly when fish are lethargic or holding tight to cover. The lifelike shape and natural movement combine to produce strikes from pike that would ignore harder lures.
The Iris The Frog accepts jig heads, offset hooks, and worm hooks, so you can adapt it to open water, weedy flats, or snag-heavy structure without changing your lure. Rig it weedless on an offset hook to work it over lily pads, or mount it on a jig head for a more controlled sink-and-draw presentation in clear water.
All Iris The Frog variants share the same 12 cm length and 20 g weight, and are compatible with jig heads, offset hooks, and worm hooks. Choose your colour to match conditions and target species:
Firetiger – high-contrast chartreuse and orange pattern; excellent in coloured or turbid water and low-light conditions targeting pike; current variant
Natural Green Frog – subtle, natural colouration ideal for clear water and pressured fish; legs move at very slow retrieve speed confirmed
Fluo Green Frog – bright fluorescent green for maximum visibility; effective in deep or stained water
Redhead – bold red-head accent; a classic attractor pattern for pike in a variety of conditions
