The Horizon X4's blank is constructed from a woven 2K carbon matting, producing a blank that is both light at 385 g and stiff enough to punch heavy rigs to distance. The fast action loads quickly and delivers a flat, accurate trajectory, making it well suited to large open-water venues where reaching far margins or mid-lake features is essential.
Despite its casting speed, the blank carries enough reserve power to subdue large carp in strong currents or open water. Anti-tangle rings keep the line clear on the cast, while the 50 mm butt ring and Fuji 18 mm DPS reel seat ensure smooth line flow and a locked-in reel fit under pressure.
